Seed Mobile Application is a program-based learning management system that includes both mobile and web applications designed to help HR personnel efficiently and systematically manage employee learning within the company. For each employee’s learning process, the system allows the creation of various learning materials such as articles, audio files, songs (.mp3), videos (.mp4), and other media. In addition, each department can review and monitor the learning activities of employees within the organization. Seed Mobile Application also serves as a storage space for collecting information and knowledge, and it categorizes content to make searching easier for users who want to learn on their own. Since Seed is a cloud-based software, there is no need to purchase multiple servers or storage hardware, which helps reduce various operational and maintenance costs.
